Het is best wel veel geld, maar werkt goed.
Met Remote Cockpit kan je alles checken:
Oliepeil
bandespanning
actuele km stand
actuele tank inhoud
Autopositie op 3 meter nauwkeurig
Ventilatie in stilstand, interieur voorventilatie koelt het interieur van uw auto.
Notitie naar auto verzenden, bestemmingen voor navigatie.
Auto vergrendelen en ontgrendelen
Op de computer als je inlog bij je ConnectedDrive dan kan je ook alles zien en regelen.
Ik heb nog niet alles geprobeerd.

Mijn ervaring is dat op het verzenden van opdrachten, vergrendelen, ontgrendelen e.d. erg veel vertraging zit. Het duurt dus even voordat het de auto bereikt.
Het activeren van de ventilatie doet bij mij niet veel meer dan ventileren. Ik heb geen standkachel, dus verwarmen werkt niet. En de airco werkt alleen bij draaiende motor. In mijn ogen een waardeloze functie.
Het lokaliseren werkt inderdaad vrij nauwkeurig. Maar werkt alleen binnen een bepaalde straal! Ik dacht 2km.. Dus niet bruikbaar bij eventuele diefstal.
Het verzenden van navigatie bestemmingen is handig.
Bij mij was het al geactiveerd, daar heeft de vorige eigenaar voor betaald. Anders had ik het waarschijnlijk niet gedaan. Ik weet overigens niet of het bij LCI modellen is verbeterd..[emoji6]

Moet dus ook ConnectedDrive aanschaffen .....

Die connected drive hebben we standaard op de 225XE en daar is het toch wel handig : in de winter lekker warm als je instapt en in de zomer lekker gekoeld ( via de app regel ik dat van op de trein en als we aan het station dan aankomen een half uurtje later is dat toch wel zeer aangenaam ).
