BMW Den Haag - BMW118iED - 04-20-2019
Ben hier voor onderhoud geweest en voordat ik mijn auto kocht tevens hier een proefrit met een andere 1 serie kunnen maken.
Met het onderhoudspakket van BMW heb ik geen zorgen over te hoge rekeningen. Je wordt hier erg vriendelijk behandeld. Nog nooit gehad dat de chef werkplaats een kantoortje had met een mooi scherm waarop de auto's staan die vandaag onder zijn hoede vallen voor het onderhoud.
Garage is makkelijk te bereiken, ook met OV. En personeel vond ik vriendelijk. Zelfde geldt voor de verkopers. Proefrit was niet moeilijk om af te spreken. Uiteindelijk bij een andere dealer een jong gebruikt exemplaar aangeschaft, omdat dat qua aanschaf & opties aantrekkelijker was dan een nieuwe 1 serie.
Zoals met veel dealers, ik moet er niet aan denken als er wat aan de auto mankeert wat de kosten daarvan zijn. Dure optie. Maar daar zal BMW niet de enige in zijn.
